Looking for a good mascara?

You can take away my brow pencils. You can even take away my cream and powder highlighters. But the one product that I will never (ever!) live without is mascara. Whether it’s just one quick flick or 400 coats, mascara helps frame our face, widen our eyes, and makes us feel more powerful and put together.Finding the best mascara that works for you is a very personal thing. After all , there are many variables involved. Quality of lashes, look you want to achieve, formula of the mascara and the type of wand you prefer.

I like my lashes to look natural but separated without clumps or flakes. I like it when the lashes look fluttery. This is long-wearing (though not technically waterproof. I have tried all the cult favorites (both low and high-end)

But, this affordable pick from Covergirl Clump Crusher beats out all the other products because of its great definition and curl without clumping. The wand is curved to mimic the shape of your eye and since the bristles are packed tightly together, clumps never have the chance to form between. Even after 5 strokes, lashes didn’t clump (but did look lush, full, and glam). I use the shade Black brown as it gives a very soft look. I find black or deep black mascara to be very harsh. As i prefer a natural/no-makeup look for everyday.
