Becca Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation
This was one of my birthday gifts. It was given it to me by my aunt. It is perfect for my skin MSBB(my skin but better)
No animal testing! Love it!
Perfect for a no make-up or natural look. A 5 minute face is a breeze – 1 pump of this, a dab of cream blush, highlighter on tops of cheekbones, Cupid’s bow, and center of nose, a dab of Maybelline Color Tattoo smudged on lash line, mascara, matte lipstick and a smile, and I’m ready to go! Blends effortlessly…
I’m NC 35-40 now and Medium (yellow based) is slightly darker than my olive/tan skin, but fades in perfectly. Shades are a little darker than you’d expect….I have a medium/dark tan skin and warm honey is the best match. 10 hours later and my oily skin still looks great! I like a nude matte lip with this foundation to keep it fresh and modern.
Not a big fan of the applicator – you have to pump the top, then unscrew it and push the top down to dispense. I’m always worried about accidentally bumping the bottle and it tipping over when the cap is off. It’s a very thin consistency, so it spreads easily and blends like heaven. Perfect for evening out my very slight discolorations, but really lets my natural glow show. A little pricey at $44 but its worth every penny and little goes a long way.
Becca Backlight Priming Filter
This Becca primer is going to be my HG . I absolutely love how my skin looks with this product on, it’s so glowy but not exactly shimmery. It makes my skin brighter, more even toned with makeup applied over it, and helps to even out my foundation when I apply it.
If I compare this product to every other primer I’ve used (from Benefit to ELF to Smashbox), each of those other brands primers are just pale in comparison. My skin looks amazing when I use this product.
And to top it off, I actually like the smell of this stuff. It’s kind of a sweet smell but very subtle. I will for sure repurchase it.
